Inbox sync (Gmail & Outlook)
Read-only access — enough to scan for shipping confirmation emails and identify you, nothing more. We can't send, delete, or modify anything in your mailbox.

Any Chromium browser on version 114 or newer — Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Arc — since it uses the native side panel.
No. The extension tracks on an anonymous device session the moment you install it. Sign in to sync those parcels with your dashboard across devices.
No. It only talks to our tracking API to fetch parcel status — it doesn't read the pages you visit. It simply stays docked beside your tabs.
Shopify app
It lives on your own store domain via Shopify's App Proxy, so shoppers never leave your brand to check an order. One click also adds the link to your store's header and footer menus.
No. Once installed, the app reads your Shopify fulfillments and syncs shipments to the tracking engine automatically, with each parcel's latest checkpoint.
Yes. Set the page title, your brand colour, your logo, and even custom header and footer HTML. You can run up to five pages and choose which is current.
Yes. The app ships Shopify's mandatory GDPR/CCPA privacy webhooks and deletes all stored data when it's uninstalled.
Notifications

No. We notify on real status changes — not on every routine carrier scan — and only for the events you opted into.
Privacy & your data
Yes. We only use a tracking number to fetch its status. Tracking without an account is anonymous, and saved shipments are tied to your account alone — never sold or shared.
Inbox access is read-only and used only to find shipping confirmations. We never read the rest of your mail, and you can disconnect in one click at any time.
Yes. Disconnect an inbox to stop scanning immediately, or delete your account to remove your saved shipments and preferences.
