Pricing questions
Yes. Free includes 3 new shipments a month, up to 3 active at once, with push notifications. You can start tracking without an account.
Shipments you're already tracking keep updating. You can add new ones again when the next month starts, or right away by upgrading. Deleting a shipment doesn't give back a monthly slot.
Shipments you're tracking that haven't been delivered yet. Delivered shipments don't count, so the number frees up on its own as parcels arrive. To make room sooner, delete a shipment you no longer need, or upgrade.
Yes. Switching plans takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you never pay twice for the same month.
Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on paid plans. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
