Using the service

Tracking data is provided by carriers and surfaced as-is. We aim for accuracy but can't guarantee carrier data is complete or timely.

Accounts & billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period; cancellations retain access until then.

Liability

parceltracking is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages — we surface carrier information but do not handle shipments.
