About SUUS
SUUS, officially known as Rohlig SUUS Logistics, is a major logistics and courier operator providing road transport, ocean freight, air cargo, and warehousing solutions. The company manages global supply chains while maintaining a strong regional road distribution network throughout Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
Handling both small groupage parcels and large freight pallets, SUUS connects manufacturers, businesses, and individual recipients across international trade corridors. Shipments range from standard courier packages to complex multi-modal industrial transport.
Where SUUS delivers
SUUS operates an extensive road transport network across Central and Eastern Europe while providing ocean and air freight channels globally. Domestic deliveries within main operating countries use owned sorting centers and direct courier routes. On international lanes, SUUS works with global freight partners and regional transport networks to handle line-haul transit and final-mile delivery.

- Central and Eastern Europe road network
- Intra-European cross-border freight
- Global air and ocean freight corridors
SUUS tracking number format
SUUS uses various reference formats depending on whether your consignment is handled as standard road freight, an express courier parcel, or international cargo. Your shipment identifier usually appears on the consignment note, waybill PDF, or shipping notification email issued by the sender.

- The shipping order and electronic transport documents have been created, but physical collection may still be pending.
- Collected / In Transit
- SUUS has collected the consignment from the sender and the cargo is moving toward a logistics terminal.
- Arrived at Terminal

- Customs Clearance
- For cross-border freight, the cargo is undergoing routine clearance processing with local customs authorities.
- Delivered
- The package or pallet has been successfully handed over to the recipient, and proof of delivery has been logged.
- Exception / Hold
- Transit is temporarily paused due to address issues, clearance requests, or scheduling changes.
How long is normal for SUUS?
Freight and cargo tracking differs from standard light-courier updates. Gaps between scans are normal while pallets or long-haul trucks move between major distribution nodes.
Days 1 to 2
Initial pickup and terminal scan should appear. If status shows only order created, the carrier may be waiting for cargo release.
Days 3 to 5
Consignment should be moving between regional terminals. A lack of updates during line-haul trucking between countries is standard.
After 7 days
If no new scans appear on standard European road freight after a week, contact the sender to verify transit details with SUUS.
SUUS tracking not updating?
Tracking pauses are common in commercial freight and logistics. Pauses usually happen during long transit legs, terminal sorting queues, or scheduled weekend stops.
- Long Distance Transit
- Line-haul trucks traveling long European routes only generate updates when entering or exiting major sorting terminals.
- Customs Inspections
- Cross-border shipments outside the duty-free zone may sit in clearance queues until import documentation is validated.
- Weekend Operating Breaks
- Logistics terminals and delivery fleets often operate on reduced schedules over weekends and national holidays.
- Partner Handover Gaps
- When cargo transfers to a regional last-mile partner, tracking data may take several hours to synchronize across systems.
What to do next
- Double-check your waybill number for mistyped digits or extra spaces.
- Allow 24 to 48 hours after shipment dispatch for the initial collection scan to register.
- Reach out to the original sender if tracking remains unchanged for more than four business days.
SUUS customs & handoffs
International freight handled by SUUS moves through structured logistics steps. After initial dispatch from the origin warehouse, cargo moves to an export terminal where export declarations are filed. Long-haul transport then conveys the goods across international borders or maritime shipping routes.
Upon reaching the destination country, customs authorities review import paperwork. Once cleared, cargo is transferred to a local logistics terminal or last-mile distribution partner. Our tracking aggregator follows your shipment across these transit stages to keep you informed.
